● Training Position - Tech Support 

: Provide courteous and efficient assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.

: Conduct terminal troubleshooting sessions with customers to diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely.

: Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain customer records and service logs.

: Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

: Assist in documenting troubleshooting procedures and solutions for future reference.

: Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette in all interactions.

● Stipend

- 시급 17달러

● Additional Information

- 일 10달러 교통비 지원

- 유급 병가 5일 + 유급 휴가 5일 (총 10일)

- Paid Holidays 제공

- 매주 금요일 점심 제공
