● Training Position 

  - Front Desk

  : Welcome guests and provide professional customer service.

  : Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.

  : Answer telephone and email inquiries.

  : Process reservations and maintain guest records.

  : Coordinate with Housekeeping and other hotel departments.

  : Resolve guest concerns professionally.

  : Perform other front office duties as assigned.
