● Training Position - Mechanical Engineer Team

1. Facility Maintenance and Breakdown Response

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of injection molding machines and automation equipment. Promptly analyze the root cause of equipment failures and implement repair measures. Check the wear condition of electrical and mechanical components and replace them proactively before failure occurs.

2. Electrical Control and PLC Program Maintenance

Inspect and modify facility control programs using Mitsubishi and LS PLCs. Modify monitoring screens and communication settings linked to HMIs (GOT2000, Proface). Perform signal and communication checks with major components such as inverters, servo drives, and sensors. Modify control logic and carry out commissioning when equipment is changed or retrofitted.

3. Control Panel and Wiring Inspection

Conduct periodic inspections and organize the electrical control panels and on-site wiring. Check and repair miswiring, damaged insulation, and obsolete components. Review drawings and perform complementary design work using AutoCAD.

4. Predictive Maintenance and Quality Stabilization

Analyze equipment failure frequency to identify vulnerable parts and replace them proactively. Monitor abnormal vibration, temperature increases, and other early warning signs to prevent accidents. Analyze factors contributing to equipment performance deterioration and establish improvement plans.

5. Safety and Quality Control

Comply with maintenance safety regulations to prevent accidents during maintenance work. Assess the potential impact of equipment abnormalities on product quality and take immediate corrective action. Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintenance guidelines for equipment.
