모집 포지션 : 생산/품질관리

 1. Ensure all operation is planned and executed to Customer plan

 2. Develop/review operating standards, procedure, and company policies and make recommendations for improvement for overall operation aspect

 3. Responsible for training, coaching and monitoring performance of Operation Team

 4. Ensure appropriate and required training is complete and properly documented for all associates

 5. Responsible in-time and accurate report of operating performance (OEE) report such downtime, quality, attendance, safety, etc.

 6. Ensure appropriate and required training is complete and properly documented for all associates

 7. Build teamwork and maintain positive morale among Operation Team  

급여

 - $16.00/Hour
