모집 포지션 : IT팀

1. IT TechOps Intern

1) IT Troubleshooting and Ticketing

- Provide technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.

- Help maintain IT asset inventory, including tracking hardware and software deployments.

- Support system administration tasks such as software installations, updates, and security patches.

- Collaborate with IT teams on projects related to cloud computing, automation, and system optimization.

- Document troubleshooting processes, IT procedures, and best practices for internal knowledge bases.

- Open and close tickets based on the completion and resolution of issues.

2)New Store Opening Projects

- Interns will work closely with IT professionals in the setup and standby of new store openings.

- Travel onsite to store locations.

3)Annual Intern Project

- Intern will be assigned a single, tech-related annual project by the Director of IT to be completed by the end of the internship.

Requirement:

- Basic understanding of Windows and macOS.

- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, etc.).

2. DevOps Engineer Intern

1) QA

- Assist in testing and validating infrastructure changes, CI/CD deployments, and automated processes. Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on cloud-based systems. Document and report defects clearly.

2) Software & Data Engineering

- Assist in developing simple automation scripts and tools to streamline testing and operational processes. Work on entry-level programming tasks related to

improving system reliability, monitoring, and quality assurance.

3)Maintenance

- Support the setup and execution of test environments. Monitor system logs and report anomalies related to system performance, stability, and security. Assist in

implementing test cases for system health checks.

- CI / CD Monitor and assist in maintaining existing CI/CD pipelines, learning the basics of continuous integration and deployment.

4) Collaboration

- Collaborate with team members by updating documentation and actively participating in learning sessions.

Requirement:

- Strong knowledge of Java and JavaScript, React

- Strong knowledge of RDBMS and SQL query

- Strong knowledge of data processing and Python

- Knowledge of Server-Client communication
