모집 포지션 : For Accounting/Finance Assistant

[Accounts Payable (AP) Management]

 1) Maintain complete and accurate full-cycle accounts payable records including posting journal entries to process of vendor invoices and maintaining expense reports
 2) Assists in revision, formulation, and implementation of accounting, budget control, and internal control procedures  Manage inter-company accounts and associated reconciliations
 3) Support annual internal and external financial and international statutory audits, including the preparation of audit schedules, financial statements and footnotes

[Monthly and Annual Closing]
 1) Perform closing activities, including general ledger record-keeping of Accounts Payable, Accrued Expenses and Prepaid Expenses
 2) Assist in preparing periodic management reports including statements of income and financial position and variance analysis
 3) Prepare reconciliation of related party transactions and balances to conform IFRS standards
 4) Assist in preparation and analyzing of month-end closing reports

[Tax]
 1) Prepare and provide reports to external parties for Sales & Use Tax, Property Tax, and Income Tax filings

[Other]
 1) Special projects as assigned such as Positive Payment set up, program enhancement with ERP team, etc.

 2) Ad hoc assignments and special projects, supporting Accounting Manager and Team Leader

급여

 - 시간당 15불

기타

 - 10일 유급 휴가

 - 8일 병가

근무시간

 - 주 5일(월~금요일), 오전 9시~오후 6시
