  : 뉴저지주에 본사를 운영하고 있으면, 사우스 케롤라이나와 조지아주에 지사 운영

근무지역

 - 미국 뉴저지주, Ridgefield Park

  : 근무지역 직원수 21명

모집 포지션 : 인사팀

 - Work with recruiting manager and team members in recruiting, interviewing, hiring both internal and external employees
 - Source candidates for job openings, review resumes, administer employment tests
 - Own full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
 - Assist new hires with all aspects of the onboarding process
 - Answer incoming calls, emails, and prompts from clients and candidates
 - Create a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and safety in the workforce
 - Maintain professional, productive relationships with clients
 - Use critical thinking skills to navigate any staffing situations
 - Provide support to team through assigned projects and daily activities

급여

 - 시간당 17불

  : 6개월 근무 후 시간당 18불

 - 채용성공시 건당 400불 인센티브 제공

 - 유급병가 5일

 - 회사 빌딩 내 Gym 이용 가능

 - 음료 및 간식 제공

근무시간
