모집 포지션 : 회계팀

 - Create sales invoice for sales team and enter payment against invoice

 - Check daily payment postings

 - Supports Accounts Receivable with aging reports and as needed.

 - Request for a payment from a customer using quickbooks merchant payment

 - Assist in the month-end closing efforts - A/R closing

 - Communication with CPA regarding tax matters or other general book-keeping related

 - Communication with overseas CPA regarding the tax filing and VAT filing

 - Assist with bank reconciliations - sales invoice, vendor payable

 - Check bank account on a daily basis for credit transactions

 - Check e-commerce transactions (Shopify, Amazon) and process refund transactions when requested.

 - Review and process credit account applications from customers

 - Fill in the vendor registration form when a sales rep requested

 - Other duties as required for ongoing projects

급여

 - 신입 : 연봉 38,000불

 - 1년 이상 경력자 : 연봉 40,000불

 - 2년 이상 경력자 : 연봉 42,000불

 - 3년 이상 경력자 : 연봉 45,000불

근무시간

 - 월~금요일, 오전 8시~오후 5시
