모집 포지션 

 1. 인사&총무팀

  - File, update and organize company documents and databases related to HR Department

  - Contact applicants, schedule interviews and confirm applicant’s availability

  - Assist with checking overall compliance with labor codes and related laws

  - Participate in planning of the corporate events

  - Complete weekly payroll reports and gather information needed

  - Assist with collecting data and making a Quarterly Employee Analysis Report

  - Perform any other HR related tasks that are not listed above 

 2. 구매운영팀

  - Conduct market research to discover new potential products.

  - Assist in the overall purchasing process including, but not limited to, listing products, contacting vendors, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery.

  - Ensure all products arrive in good condition and follow up with vendors, as needed, to confirm, change, or return orders.

  - Monitor the inventory list regularly and assist in analyzing the turnover ratio of the products to identify purchasing needs.

  - Update the internal databases with order information.

  - Research and identify pricing trends and assist with the pricing process.

  - Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts

급여
