모집 포지션 : 프로덕션팀

 - Purchase Orders creating and maintenance

 - Communicate purchase orders to vendor via email as needed ? ensure PO receipt & troubleshoot issues.

 - Assist and review bulk/sample fabric and trim submissions for approval based on due dates in WIP.

 - Maintain and update WIP charts on a daily basis

 - Maintain daily Production status charts, track goods on order, in progress and in-transit to ensure timely delivery

 - Interact with cross functional team such as Design, Sales, and Operations/Logistics

 - Assist in management of samples; Request samples from vendors, maintain sample tracking chart and coordinate sample pass off to sales team/ merchants

 - Daily communication with vendors

 - Work closely with Accounting/Finance to facilitate vendor invoice reconciliation

 - Data Entry management in smartsheet & A2000

 - Providing administrative support as needed: filing, copying, mail duties, etc.

 - Additional duties and responsibilities as required (special projects)

급여

 - 연봉 40,000~90,000불

  : 경력에 따라 상이
