 1. IT서포트팀

  - Assists with help desk calls, and managing the help desk tickets.

  - Assist with the deployment of new equipment.

  - Installing software, patches and rollups to end-user workstations.

  - Assist in collecting information for the equipment inventory.

  - Troubleshooting printers/scanners/copiers. 

 2. 기술지원

  - Assist customers over the phone.

  - Terminal Trouble shooting
