모집 포지션 

 1. 세일즈팀

  - Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.

  - Utilize the tools and training provided by the Company to develop selling and service skills, resulting in long-term customer relationships and increased sales.

  - Give accurate and current information about the product for all inquiries.

  - Communicate customer feedback to store management team concerning policies and/or product requests, problems and suggestions.

  - Determine the specific needs of each person that enters the store and provide appropriate service.

  - Understand the Lucky Selectism Retail Philosophy and use this philosophy in all customer interaction.

  - Apply the above standards to all phone inquiries.

 2. Merchandising and Maintenance

  - Check stock daily and restock when necessary to ensure that all products are available for customers

  - Perform merchandising duties: displaying product according to retail merchandising standards.

  - Assist in displaying all featured merchandise prominently in each section.

  - Supports product placement and outfitting that is reflective of trend, reinforces brand messaging and inspires the customer.

  - To ensure all merchandise and fixtures are handled appropriately.

  - Help store merchandiser and store manager by suggesting alternative locations for products.

  - Maintain store image by adhering to the dress guidelines for Lu*** Selectism Retail employees.

  - Maintain a clean and well-organized the store floor and back-stock area.

  - Vacuum, sweep floors, and empty all trash each day if required.

근무시간

 - 주 5일, 주 40시간
