● Training Position : 개발팀

 - Establish development strategies, objectives, schedules, and budget plans for the Development Team

 - Ensure the successful implementation of established development plans and operational goals

 - Directly supervise two Assistant Managers and provide strategic direction regarding daily team operations

 - Assign duties and allocate personnel resources based on operational priorities and project timelines

 - Review and approve daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports prepared by subordinate supervisory employees 

 - Determine personnel needs and develop staffing plans for the Development Team

 - Evaluate the performance of subordinate supervisory employees and professional staff

 - Recommend and exercise authority regarding major personnel decisions, including hiring, termination, promotion, disciplinary action, and compensation adjustments

 - Conduct managerial meetings with supervisory personnel to resolve operational issues and establish corrective action plans

 - Manage and oversee overall engineering and development operations by supervising subordinate supervisory personnel responsible for automotive seat structure design, testing, quality assurance, and technical issue resolution

 - Ensure team compliance with company policies, safety and health standards, and environmental regulations; and Report team performance, operational metrics, and strategic initiatives to upper management. 

● Stipend

 - $50,000 per year (*조정될 수 있음)

 - 초기 한달간 숙소 제공 (변동 사항 있을 수 있음)
