모집 포지션 : Technical Client Success

 - Collaboration & Project Management: Work closely with sales, engineering, and our tech support partner company to support client success initiatives and contribute to cross-functional projects. 

 - Client Onboarding & Training: Assist in the onboarding of new clients by conducting training sessions, demonstrating our product feature, and ensuring a smooth transition to our solution, Momitalk. 

 - Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide timely and effective technical support to clients, addressing and resolving issues related to our hardware solutions. Troubleshoot technical problems and offer clear, actionable solutions. 

 -  Product Feedback & Improvement: Act as a liaison between clients and our product development team, collecting and analyzing client feedback to inform future product enhancements and features. 

 - Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions. Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction and support activities for internal review.

급여

 - 시간당 18~24불

  : 면접 후 결정
