 - 미국 캘리포니아주, Carson(본사)

모집 포지션 : IT Admin

 - Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications

 - Talking staffs of clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems(PCs) or resolve issues

 - Troubleshooting systems(PC) problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

 - Setting up new users accounts(mails etc.) and profiles and dealing with password issues

 - Monitor and remove virus, spyware, and other non-authorized software

[Technical Requirements]

 - Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating systems (Windows 7,8,10)

 - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server

 - Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office and other PC software

 - Experience and knowledge of printers/mobile scanners is a plus

 - Experience and knowledge of Configuring and troubleshooting firewall and Anti-virus is a plus

 - Knowledge of Terminal Services, Remote Desktop and VPN is a plus

 - Knowledge of Networking - DNS, DHCP, VPN, & Firewalls is a plus

급여

 - 시간당 14불 25센트

 - 1년 5일 휴가

근무시간

 - 주 5일(월~금요일), 오전 8시~오후 5시
